Do you know of any groups who are actively persuing the lowering of energy rates for senior and other fixed income families? We are finding a
growing number of seniors that have been put in the position of having to choose between
medication, food and electricity bills. At least 1 that we know of has suffered another stroke
and heart attack because she couldn't afford her pay for her medication and pay her new
and improved electric bills. We have been writing politicians but haven't had much luck, we'd like to find a national
organization to align ourselves with so people would take the problem a little more seriously. Do you know of any?
